Brett Larson is the Managing Director at SVN | Insight. In additional to his oversight responsibilities, Brett specializes in the acquisition and disposition of medical office and land holdings throughout the Inland Empire with an emphasis on new development. Brett also provides tenant representation services to physicians and medical groups and leasing services to owners of healthcare real estate.
Brett began his real estate career in 2004 in the mortgage loan servicing industry with Chase Home Finance. In 2007, Brett went on to pursue his law degree and, after graduating, advanced his knowledge of real estate law, contracts, secured transactions, negotiation, and landlord-tenant relationships while under the employ of several federal judges, both trial and appellate. Thereafter, Brett transitioned into commercial real estate brokerage joining Coldwell Banker Commercial SC’s Healthcare Real Estate Services Group where he was consistently recognized as a top producer. In 2018, Brett and his partners came together to form SVN | Insight.
Having resided in the Temecula Valley since 1990, Brett has strong ties to the community and is familiar with the history and development of the Inland Empire. He is committed to providing his clients with reliable, well-researched market analysis and advice. He believes strongly in professional responsibility and has great respect for the trust his clients place in him as their fiduciary.
Brett currently resides in Murrieta with his wife and two children.

Janet F. Kramer is a Managing Partner at SVN | Insight. Since 2002, she has focused on retail development, sales and leasing in Southwest Riverside County. She is an attorney and broker with proven success in assembling and leading teams to achieve project goals. Janet has extensive management, administrative and teaching experience and an affinity for community involvement. With a committed understanding of current market dynamics and area trends, Janet an excellent track record in new client attraction and retention. To date, Janet has garnered over $1.21B in consideration for her clients with over 3.5M square feet leased or sold.
After graduating from college, Janet spent nearly 20 years in youth sports, sports marketing and fundraising. As a volleyball player, coach, club director and ultimately Director of Special Projects for USA/SCVA Volleyball, Janet learned invaluable lessons that helped advance her professional skill set. Janet’s proven success in assembling and leading teams to achieve project goals is a key component to her achievements in commercial brokerage.
Janet moved to Temecula in 1998 and began her real estate career in 2002. At CDM Group, a boutique firm, she was an integral part of the retail development of several projects in south Temecula. This development experience led to strong landlord and tenant relationships as well has an in depth understanding of the entitlement and permitting processes. Janet continued her career at Grubb & Ellis|WestMar, Voit Real Estate Services and Coldwell Banker Commercial, always focusing on retail in a niche market, before helping start SVN|Insight in 2018.

Steve joins SVN | Insight as a retail specialist with a focus on landlord and tenant representation, investor acquisitions/dispositions, as well as retail development throughout Southern California.
Prior to beginning his real estate career, Steve spent 13 years honing his skillset in sales as the owner of a distribution company. During this time, Steve worked closely with clients to develop “out-of-the-box” strategies that had a direct impact on their revenue growth. He continues to take a similar approach when advising his current clients.
As a Regional Business Development Manager of Global Client Solutions responsible for the western region of the United States, Steve is member of a specialized division of Coldwell Banker Commercial that provides Strategic Planning, Transaction Management and Lease Administration services, all of which focus on cultivating and nourishing relationships with corporate clients through a streamlined system consisting of a single point of contact.
By leveraging his experience and taking the time to listen and learn about each client and their objectives, Steve has a proven track record consisting of an extraordinary work ethic that leads to frequent deal closings, with over 140 transactions valued in excess of $40M in total consideration over the last 4 years.

Eugene Hill is a healthcare real estate specialist with over 17 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Eugene leads the Healthcare Real Estate Division at SVN | Insight and works extensively with physicians, medical groups, and hospitals throughout the Inland Empire and Orange County.
Prior to joining SVN | Insight, Eugene was a founding partner at both Coldwell Banker Commercial SC and Medical Realty Professionals. He also served as the Inland Empire Regional Director for Medical Realty Advisors where he jumpstarted the company’s presence in the region.
Eugene is a retired U.S. Navy veteran with over 22 years of dedicated service to the country. In 1992, he earned the title of Naval Air Systems Command West Coast Sailor of the Year. Eugene completed his Naval career in 2001 as Chief of Naval Operations, Search and Rescue Model Manager.
Eugene currently resides in Menifee with his wife Paula and enjoys cycling, hunting, and spending time with his grandchildren.

Robert H.S. Kirkpatrick is a Senior Advisor and the Director of Business Development at SVN | Insight. Robert brings nearly 50 years of real estate expertise with experience in nearly every facet of the industry, including development, brokerage, property management, syndication, lending, and escrow. He served as the President and CEO of Catalyst Homes, Co-Founder and President of Benchmark Escrow, the Director of Community National Bank, and the Vice Chairman of Fallbrook National Bank. Kirkpatrick also spent six years at the Grubb & Ellis Company and was the company’s first sales manager in the Inland Empire where he built the division into one of the top five in the country. Locally, Kirkpatrick is most widely known as the former President and CEO of the Rancon Companies overseeing all the company’s real estate divisions, including development, brokerage, escrow, and property management. Kirkpatrick was also a founding member and President of the Inland Empire chapter of NAIOP.

Joel Bordes joins SVN Insight as a Senior Advisor with a focus on Investment Sales. With more than 15 years in the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Bordes has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate development, acquisition and disposition, leasing, and property management across asset classes. Most recently, Mr. Bordes served as Chief Financial Officer for Truax Development, and Chief Operating Officer for several other companies, managing substantial commercial and multifamily portfolios. In these roles, Mr. Bordes has advised on the acquisition, development, financing, and management of over three million square feet of commercial properties, and over 1,000 multifamily units in Southern California.
Mr. Bordes has also been able to serve his clients as a financial consultant, including many commercial developers and property owners throughout the United States and internationally. Leveraging his extensive financial background, Mr. Bordes regularly advises on debt and equity (re)structuring, feasibility analysis, financial projections and presentations for a wide array of projects. Additionally, Mr. Bordes also serves as Executive Vice President of Finance for FRB Capital, an integrated financial intermediary and advisory firm specializing in structuring balance sheet debt and equity capital for domestic and cross border commercial real estate transactions.
Mr. Bordes is a French native and holds a California real estate brokers license. He resides in Murrieta with his wife and two children.

Steve Manos is an Advisor at SVN | Insight. His area of specialty is assisting buyers and sellers of industrial buildings and undeveloped land throughout the Inland Empire. His background makes him especially proficient in the government entitlement process. Steve is also pleased to lend his expertise to place tenants in leases.
Steve Manos has a broad depth of experience in various areas of real estate. His real estate career began in 1995 when he went to work for a small mortgage brokerage as a loan processor while he attended UCLA to study Business Economics. In 1996, Steve left college prior to earning a degree to join Pro-One Investments where he became a top producer and manager. In 2000 he acquired his broker’s license and struck off on his own to create a real estate services firm that eventually grew to provide sales, leasing, property management, escrow, and lending services – Manos Real Estate, CalTrust Mortgage, and Alyssa Escrow. Steve acquired an ERA Real Estate franchise from 2003 to 2008. In 2017 Coldwell Banker NRT made an acquisition agreement that merged Steve’s firm with one of their local branches. After the acquisition Steve began to focus exclusively on commercial real estate services and made the decision to join SVN | Insight in 2020.
Steve was raised in the Temecula Valley and has called the area home since 1987. Since 2012 he has served as Mayor and Councilman in the City of Lake Elsinore. Steve is an active participant with local non-profits and charities. He sits on numerous public agencies and is actively driving the public policy of the region. He possesses a unique perspective and valuable understanding of real estates development in the Inland Empire.
