Steve joins SVN Insight as a retail specialist with a focus on landlord and tenant representation, investor acquisitions/dispositions, as well as retail development throughout Southern California.
Prior to beginning his real estate career, Steve spent 13 years honing his skillset in sales as the owner of a distribution company. During this time, Steve worked closely with clients to develop “out-of-the-box” strategies that had a direct impact on their revenue growth. He continues to take a similar approach when advising his current clients.
As a Regional Business Development Manager of Global Client Solutions responsible for the western region of the United States, Steve is member of a specialized division of Coldwell Banker Commercial that provides Strategic Planning, Transaction Management and Lease Administration services, all of which focus on cultivating and nourishing relationships with corporate clients through a streamlined system consisting of a single point of contact.
By leveraging his experience and taking the time to listen and learn about each client and their objectives, Steve has a proven track record consisting of an extraordinary work ethic that leads to frequent deal closings, with over 140 transactions valued in excess of $40M in total consideration over the last 4 years.
